Sarah is an Associate Counsel in the firm's Corporate Law and Venture Law practices. Sarah also practiced as Associate Counsel in the legal department of a major international investment bank in New York and served as a Legal Intern, first at Sherman & Sterling and later at GIDE Loyrette Nouel, in each of their respective Paris offices.
